01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" refers to the bnb88 website accessible at https://bnb88.io, including all associated subpages, services, games, and betting products offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses any service available on the Platform.
• "We" / "Us" / "bnb88" refers to the operators of the bnb88 Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for its management and operation.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered player profile created upon successful completion of the registration process on the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to any Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) balance held within a Player's bnb88 Account wallet, whether deposited by the Player or credited as a bonus.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or incentive credits awarded to a Player by bnb88 under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that bnb88 may require a Player to complete prior to processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate by bnb88.
• "Restricted Territories" refers to any jurisdiction in which participation on the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or engaging in any game on bnb88, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as any additional rules, game-specific terms, promotion terms, and the bnb88 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and bnb88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of betting, casino, and gaming services available on bnb88, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account:

• Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address or Bangladeshi mobile number, and any additional information requested during the KYC process.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bnb88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.
• You must notify bnb88 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bnb88 may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
• bnb88 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
• Account credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any third party to use your Account to place bets or access any Platform service.

04 Age Verification

The bnb88 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are aged 21 years or older. Participation by persons under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited.

bnb88 employs automated age-screening processes at the point of registration and manual KYC review prior to first withdrawal processing. Acceptable age-verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by an authorised Bangladeshi authority. Documents submitted for KYC must be current, legible, and unaltered. Submission of forged or altered documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bnb88 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bnb88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Internet Banking: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

The following transaction limits apply across all payment methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500
• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to account verification tier and method limits as published in the account dashboard

Deposits are credited to the Player's wallet within thirty (30) seconds of confirmed payment for mobile financial services. Bank transfer deposits may take up to four (4) business hours to reflect. bnb88 does not charge processing fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which bnb88 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. bnb88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or withdrawal amounts above thresholds set at bnb88's discretion.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

bnb88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's Account upon satisfaction of the qualifying conditions stated in the promotion (e.g., minimum deposit amount, use of a specific payment method, entry of a promotional code).
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the promotion terms.
• bnb88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a Player's eligibility for a promotion if abuse is suspected or if the Player is found to have violated these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as specifically stated in the promotion terms.
• Players may only participate in each specific promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and suspension of all associated accounts.

bnb88 reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform's promotional pages as soon as reasonably practicable.

07 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, and casino wagering activity conducted on the bnb88 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bnb88 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or transfer a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• bnb88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest error in odds pricing is identified. Manifest errors include but are not limited to decimal odds of less than 1.0, odds that are materially inconsistent with market consensus at the time of placement, or odds resulting from a technical fault in the odds feed.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the time period specified in the relevant sport's rules, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day. Current limits are displayed within the bet placement interface and may be updated from time to time at bnb88's discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed from the Platform at any time due to match status changes, data feed interruptions, or risk management decisions. bnb88 accepts no liability for the unavailability of in-play markets during an event.
• The outcome of all RNG casino games (slots, virtual table games) is determined by certified random number generation software. bnb88 does not manipulate game outcomes and all certified game studios operate under audited RNG systems.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bnb88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted for standard players.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or match outcomes, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-style games or match-fixing in sportsbook markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to bnb88 support immediately.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or the KYC process, including submitting forged identity documents.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using the Platform as a mechanism to layer, integrate, or place funds of illicit origin.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses bnb88 staff, support agents, or other Players.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the bnb88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software code, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of bnb88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or software forming part of the Platform without the prior written consent of bnb88.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in immediate termination of your Account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Privacy and Data

bnb88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account on bnb88, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

bnb88 does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform (including payment processors and KYC verification providers) solely for the purpose of fulfilling those services. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bnb88 and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from your use of or reliance on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond bnb88's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balance displays resulting from data feed failures or system errors, provided that bnb88 takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of such errors.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

bnb88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by bnb88.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction or closure of the Account.
• Extended Account inactivity as defined in bnb88's dormant account policy, the current terms of which are available upon request via the support email.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting bnb88 support via the email address shown in the footer of the Platform. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bnb88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bnb88 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, bnb88 may also notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bnb88 does not make any representation as to the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.

In the event of a dispute between you and bnb88, you are encouraged to contact bnb88 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. bnb88 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days and to making good-faith efforts to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings as determined by bnb88 in accordance with applicable law.
